Our award winning Cricket First Aid course are recognised by many cricket boards across the UK. We work with Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Lancashire to name but a few.

Our programme of Emergency First Aid courses aimed at supporting coaches, team managers, CWO’s and other cricket volunteers are facilitated throughout the year working closely with Heads of region across the counties. However a cricket club can also arrange their own course directly with Claire at Direct Action Training.

It is recommended that all coaches actively working in clubs and schools have an up to date first aid certificate, this should be renewed every 3 years.

The course will include:

Role of the cricket first aider

Incident/ Accident Management

Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation

Wounds, Bleeding and Shock

Minor Burns

Sports Related Injuries to include Soft tissue injuries, Fractures, Head injury

Helmet removal

A qualification lasts 3 years and each learner will receive a registered certificate with us.
