Our Trainers are highly experienced professionals who will teach in a reassuring and engaging manner and tailor the course to your needs. Whether you are a Mini First aider on our schools programme or an adult learning on our Emergency First Aid at Work course we provide an outstanding experience for all.

Like The Red Cross and St John Ambulance, we are regulated to provide first class first aid qualifications. Direct Action Training is fully regulated through Ofqual and are a Qualsafe recognised centre to provide accredited qualifications.  As independent providers, we are able to teach in small groups with varied course content tailored to your needs. All courses comply with current best Emergency Practice and Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines.

We care whether you feel confident; you will receive a comprehensive First Aid manual and handouts to refer to, as well as ongoing support for any First Aid clarification or concern. We use varied and practical teaching, illustrated with real-life examples, to ensure you enjoy your training and leave with a full understanding as to what you need to do in an emergency and why.
